Enjoy Life, Right Now.

'The Daily Dose' By Matt Potts

“Happiness is not something you postpone for the future: it is something you design for the present.”
Jim Rohn

So, when does happiness set in?

What I find very interesting with the people that I work with is that they are looking at something in the future, some time period or experience which will make them happy.

More money.

New house.

Different relationship.

The list is endless really.

Whatever happened to the now?

What happened to enjoying life, right now.

If your happiness is tied to some future event, don’t expect it to last very long when or if you attain it.

You can have happiness now.

It’s actually a choice.

A choice of state of mind.

A discipline of being content.

Life is should never be like watching the movie previews. When was the last time you walked out before the main movie came on? Likewise don’t walk out in life and live for the future.

Enjoy the now.

The more you look for the future to satisfy you the more you’ll look for it again.

And again.

And again.

Just stop it.

Happiness is not something that has a mind of its own.

Your mind is your own.

Take responbity of your mind and you’ll take responsibility of your happiness.
