Refund policy

SUPPLEMENTS

  • Your order begins processing immediately after you place the order. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted. Once orders are sent, a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, so please make sure to fill out your correct address when checking out. Goodness Lover will not be held responsible for any deliveries made to an incorrect address.
  • Please inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. If you notice that the package and products were damaged during shipping, be sure to notify us no later than 24 hours upon receiving the items.
  • Product returns are available within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds will not be issued for returned products without a return authorization. Contact us at support@goodnesslover.com for a return authorization before returning any products. Please also be sure to return your product in a timely manner once authorization is given.
  • All costs associated with returning the purchased items to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care of by you. The return shipping should also be arranged by you.
  • When you return your package, be sure to add a note that includes your order number, name and email address.
  • Once we receive the product(s) back, we will initiate the refund procedure for your money within 15 working days with the terms below:
    • You must include all bottles (used, partially used and unopened bottles)
    • Please make sure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes, as this will affect the value of the product.
  • The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.


SILVER PACKAGE, PLATINUM DIGITAL & AUTOIMMUNE COOKING CLASS (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)

  • Please contact us at support@goodnesslover.com if you wish to have a refund issued for your Silver package, Platinum Digital or Autoimmune Health Secret Cooking class and we will help you.
  • Product returns are available within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Once we received your request we will initiate the refund procedure for your money within 3-4 working days.
  • The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.


PLATINUM & GOLD PACKAGE (PRINTED BOOKS & DVDs)

LAB KITS (US Customers Only)

  • Your order begins processing immediately after you place it. During the processing time, it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders will be sent to the delivery address you provide. Once orders are sent, a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, so please make sure to provide the correct address when checking out. Goodness Lover will not be held responsible for any deliveries made to an incorrect address.
  • Please inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. If you notice that the package or products were damaged during shipping, be sure to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the items.
  • Refunds will not be issued for returned products without prior authorization. Please contact us at support@goodnesslover.com for a refund authorization before returning any products.
  • Refunds will be processed to the same account/method used for the original payment. It may take 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • If you wish to cancel your order before the kit has been shipped, we will provide a full refund.
  • If your kit has been shipped, a $25 cancellation fee applies, and no return of the shipped items is required.
  • If you have already provided your samples, a refund is unfortunately not possible.
  • If you need to change the name of the patient who will be using the kit, this process incurs a $25 fee. Please contact our support team at support@goodnesslover.com to request the name change and pay the fee.

EU CUSTOMERS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
