Serves: Makes approximately 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons dried red clover blossoms
- 4 tablespoons dried sage leaves
- 2 tablespoons dried lemon balm
- 1 tablespoon dried peppermint leaves
- 1 teaspoon dried ginger root (optional, for warming circulation)
Instructions:
- Combine all dried herbs in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Shake well to mix thoroughly.
- To prepare: Add 1 tablespoon of the herbal blend to a tea infuser or teapot.
- Pour 8 ounces (240ml) of boiling water over the herbs.
- Cover and steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy 1-2 cups daily, preferably between meals.
- If desired, add a small amount of honey or lemon to taste.
Storage:
Store the dried herb blend in an airtight container away from direct sunlight for up to 6 months.
