 Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Combine all dried herbs in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  2. Shake well to mix thoroughly.
  3. To prepare: Add 1 tablespoon of the herbal blend to a tea infuser or teapot.
  4. Pour 8 ounces (240ml) of boiling water over the herbs.
  5. Cover and steep for 10 minutes.
  6. Strain and enjoy 1-2 cups daily, preferably between meals.
  7. If desired, add a small amount of honey or lemon to taste. 

Storage:

Store the dried herb blend in an airtight container away from direct sunlight for up to 6 months.
