Serves: 1 large or 2 small
 
Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp chlorella powder
  • 1 cup fresh coriander/cilantro
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 frozen banana or ¼ cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 medjool date 
  • ½ green apple
  • ½ cucumber
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • Small handful of mint leaves
  • Coconut water for blending (adds natural electrolytes)
Instructions:
  1. Thoroughly wash all fresh produce. 
  2. Roughly chop cucumber and apple. 
  3. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 
  4. Add coconut water to achieve the desired consistency. 
Pro Tips:
  • Start with less chlorella if you're new to it
  • Adjust fruit quantities to taste
  • Consume immediately for maximum benefits 
Important Note:
For enhanced detoxification support, take 1 heaped teaspoon of activated charcoal 2 hours after consuming this smoothie. The timing is crucial - activated charcoal can bind to nutrients if taken too close to meals or supplements. This two-hour window allows your body to absorb the smoothie's nutrients while the charcoal helps eliminate toxins. Never take activated charcoal with medications as it may interfere with their absorption.
