Ingredients:

  1. Add coconut milk to blender first (helps with blending)
  2. Add frozen fruits, spinach, ginger, turmeric, and pumpkin seeds
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy
  4. Add almond butter and vanilla
  5. Blend again until fully incorporated
  6. Add ice if you prefer it thicker or colder
  7. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately

*Note: Start with smaller amounts of ginger and turmeric if you're sensitive, and gradually increase as tolerated. You can also add 1 tsp D-ribose powder for direct cellular energy support.
