Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp almond butter or tahini
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Ice cubes as needed
Instructions:
- Add coconut milk to blender first (helps with blending)
- Add frozen fruits, spinach, ginger, turmeric, and pumpkin seeds
- Blend until smooth and creamy
- Add almond butter and vanilla
- Blend again until fully incorporated
- Add ice if you prefer it thicker or colder
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately
*Note: Start with smaller amounts of ginger and turmeric if you're sensitive, and gradually increase as tolerated. You can also add 1 tsp D-ribose powder for direct cellular energy support.
